Yes. Each organisation has one main account, and you can add extra users so colleagues in procurement, finance or site teams can sign in with their own details.

Applications
Absolutely. We ship internationally and welcome applications from organisations outside the UK.
Applications are typically processed within 4 days. If you have waited longer than this, please email creditapplications.mailbox@rnib.org.uk and the team will help.
Applying is simple. Complete the Expression of Interest form and we’ll get in touch to talk through what you need. Once we’ve carried out our initial checks, we’ll let you know the outcome. If your application is approved, we’ll email you your login details so you can get started straight away.

Logging In
To apply for a trade account, complete the Expression of Interest form on our website. All applications are reviewed by our team and once approved, we will set up your account and send you an email with instructions on how to access the site.
When you click "Log in" you will be asked for your registered email address. We will send you a secure one time login link. Simply click the link in your email and you will be taken straight into your account. No password is needed.
Check your junk or spam folder first as login emails can sometimes be filtered. If it still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, try requesting a new link. Make sure you are using the same email address your trade account was set up with. If you are still having trouble, contact the Key Accounts Team and we can help.
